Position: Facilities Manager
Status: Minimum 40 hrs. week

Salary: $30 + DOE
The Facilities Manager reports directly to the Facility Director. He/she is primarily responsible for general maintenance, project management and supervising the maintenance crew within McAlister Institute facilities. This is a hands-on position. Must be experienced and skilled in commercial maintenance, repair, remodeling and project management. Some job duties may include framing, drywall, texture, and finish, paint, flooring repairs, tile work, basic HVAC troubleshooting, window repair and replacement, moving furniture as required, some basic plumbing and electric work, creating and maintaining a work schedule and coordinate material purchase and delivery, budgeting, record keeping, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Must comply with the State Public Health Officer Order mandating all health care workers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Must have a minimum of 3 years of maintenance/construction experience. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be free of probation or parole for at least one year. Position will require driving, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Must comply with all agency and contract requirements related to trainings, public health, certifications, reporting, etc. Need to have paperwork skills to maintain up-to-date documentation, computer skills, including Microsoft Office Software with high use of corporate email system, ability to work as a team.
