3 Year old German Shepherd

I need to rehome a 3 year old German Shepherd "Midnight". I got her from a coworker who was going to put her down because she was getting out and chasing his neighbors horses. We moved and both have new jobs and are not able to give her the attention that she needs. She is EXCELLENT with children and other dogs. She is kennel trained, house trained, fixed, and up to date on all shots. The only issues she has is separation anxiety and fence jumping.
