looking for jam based drummer

Currently looking for a jam band based drummer. We are keys, bass, guitar, currently looking for bass player as well. Both guitar players play bass real well so it works right now. Need a solid committed drummer looking to jam, and start forming our own thing. Influence include but are not limited to, The Grateful Dead, Phish, Goose, Spafford, Blacberry smoke, widespread panic, Coltrane, Miles, blues, rock, the list goes on forever. We have excellent chemistry, but need an engine room that can commit some time to building this thing. Both guitar players have recording skills and one has sound engineering degree.
