Full Job Description Residential Construction, Carpentry & Remodeling (Seattle) Competitive pay DOE with regular pay increases based on skill set, performance and dependability. We are a small, family owned construction company located in West Seattle looking to add 1-2 full-time employees to our crew and are ready to hire. Our company specializes in all facets of residential remodels and construction, including custom work. We are looking for honest, responsible individuals who are willing to learn. Previous carpentry experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have good character, be reliable and be willing to communicate with others. At this time we are seeking a crew member with at least 2-3 years experience in all aspects of residential construction or applicable experience and a strong desire to learn the artisanship of this trade. Ideal candidate will have: - Professional appearance appropriate for the job. - Reliable transportation. - Have basic hand tools, job belt, etc. necessary for carpentry work. - Self starter, motivated, able to problem solve and follow direction. - Eagerness to learn, work hard and be a team player. -Willingness to join a positive environment…because that’s the only way we work.
