The kid was 'just eating a hamburger', when the cop shot him Maybe I'm a sick bastard, but the first thing that comes to my mind about this is: WHY did that kid run away from cops TWICE in two days? I know the cop shouldn't have shot the kid because he didn't appear to be an imminent threat, but DAMN, why would that kid try to run away? The whole thing stinks.
