Hi, I'm looking to create a practice/recording studio, as all the official rentable spaces in Portland are booked solid. I'm looking for a ~10x10 space to rent on a monthly basis where I can practice and record piano/drums/vox/bass. This would not be a space for a band - it's just me. So if you've got some available space that's unused, let me know! I'm open to negotiating a price, I'm sure we can work something out. KC
