Videographer for dance recitals

Looking for someone to videotape dance recitals occasionally in the Chicago area. Typically a few in December and several in May and June each year. You would receive a minimum fee of $350 each time. Must have own camcorder capable of videotaping from back of house and able to zoom and pan smoothly. Must have a pro on-camera mic and obtain a feed from the sound board. This is a one-camera shoot and you will be "live" the whole time. (Live as in the footage must be usable and good at all times, cannot rely on going to a second camera or "fixing it in post.") Must be able to be in focus and control iris the whole time. Camera must be able to record for at least 2 straight hours. Prefer to find someone who has videotaped dance recitals or some other similar events. If you have examples, they need to be of a one-camera on stage event like a recital, musical, play, or similar.
