Light carpentry - deck + picket fence building/install

Looking to get about 180 linear feet of picket fence installed at my place. Also looking to have a wood deck/platform (its only 2 feet above grade) constructed. Got into an accident so I cannot do the work myself. I have materials already onsite, you bring the tools. More than happy to pay well for good work either by the hour or by the job.
