The Maintenance Technician reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for maintaining low-income housing units, buildings and grounds. This includes maintaining the internal and external structure and ensuring buildings and ground are safe. Following are some responsibilities, duties and/or skills required: Performs painting duties of interiors and exteriors of buildings. Performs janitorial duties including general clean-up work around the sites, janitorial duties include, but not limited to, the waxing of floors, the cleaning of restrooms and kitchen facilities, and emptying the trash. Inspect units for needed service and maintenance. Follow a preventative maintenance schedule. Complete and follow work orders, etc. Hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, M-F. A great team of people to work with!
