We are in the process of changing our licensing and need a Class A Licensed Mechanical, Plumber and Gas permit. Our Master passed away and we are looking to update our records, but need a few permits pulled in the meantime. Mechanical Scope: (1) New 890 CFM Exhaust Fan Updated Ductwork (1) New 1.5 Ton Heat Pump Split System Plumbing Scope: (1) Hand Sink (1) 3 Comp Sink (1) Grease Interceptor (Above Ground) (1) Prep Sink (1) BFP (1) Floor Drain Gas Scope: (1) New Tankless Water Heater (AO Smith) Must be able to pull the permit this week. We have building permit in hand and drawings.
