Install hurricane anchors for home

I need hurricane anchors installed for our primary residence. I have the plywood and I have the anchors. If you don't have your own tools I have a mason drill bit and the hammer drill. Please let me know if you have these tools already though please. Also, let me know if you have done something like this before. I have a 2 story house FYI. Do you have your own ladder? My top concern is how can we ensure your safety while installing the anchors on the 2nd floor?
