Looking for a reference for an Exterminator

I am seeking a local exterminator whose treatments actually work. I have used a couple different exterminators, and mice/roach issues either were not impacted at all or actually got worse in the month following "treatment". Worst issue is that a "every three month" treatment has resulted in MORE ISSUES than less issues at one property over the last year.
