Job Description This is a permanent, non-exempt full-time position. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 8 hours a day with an unpaid 30-minute lunch. All NEBG at Tower Hill employees must be fully vaccinated (verification required) or be approved as exempt for medical or religious reasons. Position Overview This position provides support to the NEBG at TH with duties including general custodial, event set up and breakdown, minor building maintenance, limited work on the grounds and other duties as assigned. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 2-3years proven work Previous custodial experience preferred. Ability to work alone or with a team Experience working with the public, customer service Good work ethic Must have valid driver's license Must be able to use a computer to answer email and use the work order system Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Mustbeabletolift50poundsandworkoutdoorsinallseasonal Mustbeabletobend,squat,kneel,stand,andwalkforextendedperiodsoftimeandtonavigate uneven grounds and stairs evenly.
