Near InfraRed Heat Lamp

I'm looking for a handy-person to build me a near infrared heat lamp unit. Here are the requirements (must follow to a T): The unit must be built with either a three or four 250-watt, reddish 'heat build' or 'heat lamps. Four bulbs is preferred. The bulbs must only be Philips, General Electric, Sylvania, Havel-Sli, Westinghouse, or Feat. Prefer ones with brass screw bases. Clear heat lamps are NOT acceptable! I'd like the unit to look the same as pictured. Contact me only if you think you can handle this project. Thank you!
