Shack Shine is the fastest growing local home detailing company in the Twin Cities, and we are looking for seasonal employees to join our team during the Holiday Light Installation season, which will end in mid-December. Holiday Lights Technician Can Expect: - An average pay of $19-$21/hr, made up of tips and a competitive base pay - ATTENTION DRIVERS - at Shack Shine, our drivers are paid more and typically advance more quickly (to earn higher pay)! What a Window Cleaning / Holiday Lights Technician Does: - Go to people's homes to install holiday lights for our customers during the colder months, and continue the warm-month tasks of cleaning windows, power-washing decking and siding, and clear out gutters! - Communicate friendly and professionally with the customer regarding our services and any issues that may arise - We bring energy and a high level of customer service to every job - earning positive reviews and tips for the team! - You will be supported and set up for success from day one with solid training and working with experienced team members - Must be comfortable with heights up to 32-40 feet Schedule: - Flexible scheduling! Full time and part time hours available. Seasonal and long term opportunities available.
