AGGREGATE PLANT LABORER COMPANY: Miles Sand & Gravel Company LOCATION: Lake Steven, WA POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday HOURS: Day Shift APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: October 31, 2022 or until filled COMPENSATION: DOE JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform lube oil needs. Be able to perform tasks at high elevations. Work in tight or confined spaces. Wear a full face mask respirator in dusty environments. Perform tasks with basic hand tools. Operate electric and pneumatic power tools. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline 6) be a leader and be accountable. Honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information. The ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner. Excellent in communication skills, including the ability to apply both written and verbal instructions in an industrial environment.
