Groundskeeper/Housekeeper – Bainbridge Island Property Management Company seeking a part-time Groundskeeper/Housekeeper for a property on Bainbridge Island, WA. Groundskeeper/Housekeeper Core Respo9nsibilities: • Cleaning common areas and vacant units • Walk and pick-up trash from the parking lot and grounds • Assist with irrigation of the property if applicable • Paint curbs and parking stall stripes if applicable • Work with Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager on inventory needed for grounds and housekeeping cleaning supplies • Perform any of the duties as requested/assigned by manager/employer Requirements: • Professional appearance • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Basic computer/technology skills • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable transportation • Ability to life, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
