*** $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!! *** Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a well-qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team at Crystal Bay and French Creek Townhomes in Rochester, MN. We are offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus to join our amazing Rochester team! This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarchs established standards. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority -Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants -Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every other week.
