Cut drywall and studs, and repairs

I have a room built in the garage. The room is aprix 9ft x 9ft with 8 ft ceilings. The garage door cannot roll up beause there is no room for the track. I need to cut or notch the room. Cut out aprox 9ft long along the ceiling and create a soffit to allow the garage door to roll up. Cut drywall. Cut studs. Reframe with soffit. Re drywall, mud, tape, paint. $100 for demo. $200 for rebuild. Maybe you have some left over mud and tape for this small project. Send me a good email.
