RB Insulation is a mechanical insulation contractor based in Fresno California. We perform work in factories and manufacturing plants all over the Central Valley. We are looking for individuals with experience in pipe, tank and vessel insulation. Our pay rates are based on level of experience. We follow California law on overtime, and all work on weekends is double time. Our employees work between 45 and 55 hours per week on average. Candidates need • Experience in mechanical insulation, or a related field with skills that will transfer over (ability to read a tape measure, use aviation snips, make straight cuts, etc) • Availability to work from early morning to late afternoon (5AM/6AM – 4PM/5PM) • Availability to work (some) out of town jobs. 95% of our work is in town, 5% is out of town. We provide lodging and per diem on all out of town jobs. • Availability to work (some) weekend jobs. As mentioned before, weekend jobs are double time, regardless of total hours worked during the rest of the week. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a huge bonus.
