Hi, we need help with a couple of things for rental house. First and foremost, the garage door here almost closes, but then it goes back up. It gets within 2 in from the bottom, and then something trips it and makes it come back up. It's not the sensors. It's something else that's mysterious to us. Next, the coil and the humidifier is rotten. It's still functional, but we like to get this fixed if you may have source for this. Next, a kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. That should be pretty straightforward. Finally, the garage needs repairs or maybe to be resided. Advise any of these for which you have good experience and show photos of any past work you've done.
