Hi there! Just need an electrician/handyman to swap out a ceiling fan to a chandelier in our family room and swap a switch out to a dimmer. Tall ladder needed, ceiling is vaulted. Chandelier is built and ready to be installed, should be a quick job, I just don’t have the ladder to reach. Will pay cash Thanks!
