We are a weatherization company seeking; spray foam and insulation installation technicians to perform tasks including, but not limited to: ● Removing existing insulation from residential and commercial buildings ● Air-sealing building components ● Installing various types of insulation including blown-in insulation and spray foam ● Worksite cleanup Workday begins at our shop where employees receive daily assignments. Employees are responsible for loading the trucks with job materials and arriving at the job site within a designated timeframe. Job sites differ day to day and can include retrofits in customer’s primary residences, new construction, or commercial buildings. A customer-focused approach to every job is essential. Our technicians work Monday-Friday; weekends may be requested, as determined by the workload. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ● Education/experience in building/construction trades is required. ● Experience driving large trucks; DOT medical card is required to drive our vehicles - we can help you obtain one if you do not have one and we also pay for our employees annual medical cards. ● Ability to read, write, and speak effectively ● Basic math skills required ● Ability to problem solve ● Team-oriented work approach as employees work within a crew ● Professional, customer focused demeanor This is a physical job. Frequently, employees may have to crawl, stoop or fit in restricted spaces such as attics or crawl spaces. Employees are occasionally required to climb ladders or balance and must occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds. We offer weekly pay- hourly pay rate is based on experience, paid holidays, paid time off/sick leave and overtime. Health & dental insurance- you get to choose your plans!
