Looking for painter 150 a day 8 hours 730 to 4. Break 30 minutes for lunch hourly that is 20 an hour. No drugs, no attitude, if you work well the next few months and show me I can trust you then I’ll bump your daily rate up and allow you to Leas a crew You must have transportation. Our jobs are from south to rowlett to north to Sherman and east to Terrell and west to Denton. With an occasional job outside those areas. 1099 work. I do not expect perfection but I expect you to work to my expectations and my standards are high so if you think you know how to paint and don’t want to learn my way them do not bother. I am a fair person will never yell or cuss but I expect you to listen and do the work the way I want it done. And mostly what I want is you to work clean and put out good work. What I do not want is your tools all over my clients counters or your drinks on their furniture. You paint with floor coverings or you do not paint at all. My team is five atm and looking for at least two more. If this interests you feel free to tech out to me. This may sound as if I am a difficult person I am not. But I have high expectations and I will not lower them for anyone. What I will do is teach you to be better and make more money at the trade you chose.
