Hello, you picked me and my daughter up from southside yesterday (10/9) evening, I had bunch grocery bags and I really wanted to thank you for not only how helpful you were with directions for where to catch the bus at from downtown but how friendly you were, it was really a pleasant experience, it was my second day using the bus system and town really scares me but you showed me there really are good people in this world, thank you soo much again!
