We are a 35 year old Company Specializing in Construction of small residential homes. We are currently looking for a Supervisor for the following responsibilities: Organize daily schedules and dispatch employees. Making sure all supplies are loaded properly for each job and tools organized on each vehicle. Inspect each job site and correct any responsibilities of the construction crews and address any unsatisfactory issues with personal. Ready homes for State and Local Jurisdiction inspections if needed. Follow and learn codes pertaining to the scope of our work for both NEC, NPC, AZ Dept of Housing and ROC. Converse with Park Managers and customers and report status on each job if necessary. Provide and track parts list for current and future jobs. Provide status reports on jobs on a daily basis to office for future scheduling. Qualifications 1. Must have on the job training in framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing with a minimum of 3 years experience and knowledge of. 2. Must have knowledge and use of power tools. Including skill saws, impact wrenches. 3. Willing to work overtime when necessary. 4. Capable of climbing ladders and carry at least 80 lbs. Benefits 1. Paid time off for sick days 2.
