CAN NOT GO IN A HOME WITH KIDS. She is about 1 1/2 years old. She is very sweet and overall a great dog. She is spayed and up to date on all shots she was adopted from the shelter after being neglected, starved and left outside for most of her life. She cannot be an outside dog. She has complete beginner training classes but can still use training on how to walk on a leash and barking. If you go to walk her she will take an opportunity to try and run if she sees a car or a bike. The reason for rehoming is she does not like my toddler. She has bit him in the face twice. The first time was provoked the second time wasn’t. She just grew a fear of him and wants to protect herself when he is near. This is why no kids! I was going to return her to the shelter but they said she would be put down if she was brought back. She would do best in an active family. I won’t let her go to just anyone. Preferably someone who knows about Dobermans they are very attached. She needs lots of attention. She has been through a lot and needs a family or someone who will take time with her and love her.
