Found dog Black and Tan German shepherd, looks to be either a year old or younger. Female. Very shy but sweet, is in good health. She did not have any collar or markers except a ribbon around her neck. Found off of East Riverside Dr on Frontier Valley Dr. Please reach out to if you have information on the owner.
