Maintenence tech needed for plumbing work orders

We are a property management company only managing section 8 rentals. Our units are mostly located on Detroits west side and some in Westland. Looking for a maintenance tech we can assign work orders to. Requirement: 1. Must have own tools and transportation 2. Must have advanced plumbing skills (ie. Replacing stacks, crawl space drain pipes, bathtub diverters) 3. Must have a bank account and accept ACH payments. 4. Must have smart phone and be able to text, send and receive pictures and emails. Here’s how we roll: 1. You can expect the first 3 payments within 4 hours after the job is done via cashapp. (No cash payments). Job just be done by 3:00 PM to get paid same day. 2. Our average Maintenence tech gets 4-5 work orders per week. More if you are easy to work with. 3. You can expect to earn roughly $250-$400/day based on your speed and skill level. 4.
