Renewal by Andersen, the largest and most reputable window company in America, is looking for a Service Technician. Office is located in Dublin, OH, but travel to different surrounding cities required. Experience with replacement windows/doors service, or installation, is preferred but not required, willing to provide training. $1,000.00 sign-on bonus. Duties include, but not limited to: Performing service work on windows & doors as needed Maintain documentation for all aspects of position (on provided iPad) Maintaining inventory of stock service parts Troubleshooting issues on-site Assisting with customer needs Provide daily reports to the Service Manager Candidate must have/be: Self-motivated Excellent time management skills Great communication Team player Great customer service skills Good driving record Able to pass background check Position offers: Salary commensurate (with experience) Provided work vehicle / work gas card Health insurance with employee contribution Vacation & holiday pay We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees & applicants.
