making a jazz quartet

Guitarist looking to make a jazz quartet to play some of the less boring standards and eventually original music. Instruments needed: - bass - drums - keyboard - will consider a wind instrument Experience level: - intermediate / semi-pro - not looking for beginners or pro jazz virtuosos, somewhere in between - you need some previous experience in a combo(s) and reading / improvising from charts - plays well with others Goal is to put a few sets together and get a weekly gig. Please send recordings and I can do the same. Low tolerance for flakes and people who cannot communicate.
