Our house has been inspected by the city of Sacramento, and during the inspection it was noticed that the roof is showing some signs of leaking. We're looking to hire a licensed roofer for the following tasks: 1. Inspect the roof 2. Remove, repair and paint all water-damaged roof sheathing and overhang materials. 3. Provide a 2yr roof certificate Our house is located in the Oak Park neighborhood just south of downtown Sacramento, close to the intersection of Broadway and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. We'd like to get this work scheduled by October 17th Are you interested in handling these projects for us?
