80% of our rough-in plumbing is complete. We're roughing in 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Take a look at the photos. Take a look at our plans (). I want to hire someone to take us over the hump and get us DONE! This project ends when the rough-in gas, DWV, and water is complete and inspections are PASSED! --------------- Stop here. Details I have on-hand continue below.... --------------- Details: 1. Our gas line has been approved. We however have been asked to pressure test this again AFTER drywall is up. We have pressurized the gas line and we have a SLOW, but steady leak on the line (maybe a couple PSI lost per day). We have to identify this leak and FIX it. 2. Our gas work does not have load calcs attached, we need to write up our load calcs and have them on hand. We've got three gas appliances (range, laundry, and tankless water heater), so it's not impossible, but we have to be ready to show our work. 3. PGE has asked for us to make one 90 on our gas line going to the stub waiting for the new meter (see photo) that is pointing away from the wall edge. 4. Our sewer lines were tested prior to our slab and approved. If we have more pressure tests, we should be ready for them. 5. The DWV work is ALMOST finished. We need to cleanly penetrate the roof and close that work out. We should be ready to test those lines for our inspectors. 6. The water lines are pex and copper (don't ask me why we mixed these things, I have no idea), but we're somewhat close to being finished. 7. Tons of stuff requires nail plates and protection. The lines might require simplification in some places. Lets get this done WELL! Lets go!
