Dynasty Properties is conducting open interviews for its Elkhart Green Apartments locations located at 123 W Hively Ave, Elkhart, IN. We are currently hiring for a full time maintenance position. This is a Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm position with rotating on call duties between five maintenance techs. Full Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance is available after 90days. Paid holidays for all full time employees after 90days. - Open interviews Wednesday October 12th 9:00am to 2:00pm in our leasing office. - Bring a valid drivers license - Be available to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm - Be available for rotating on call duties - Have some construction and/or maintenance back ground.
