Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Worker to join our landscaping team at Fresh Cut Landscaping. We provide comprehensive landscaping services to businesses and residences, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn Care Worker on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscape maintenance, ground maintenance, aerating, irrigation, and fertilization techniques. Lawn Care Worker Duties and Responsibilities ● Arrive on time and prepared to work at scheduled times ● Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage ● Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team ● Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal ● Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport Lawn Care Worker Requirements and Qualifications ● A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation ● Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods ● Familiarity with common landscaping equipment ● Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred) ● Reliable and self-motivated ● Attention to individual and team safety ● Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Wages This position supplies an hourly rate of $18 .
