Full time maintenance and service. Growing family business looking for long term employees that want to grow with the company. In search of a qualified, presentable and attentive candidate that will start by taking care of pools and spas and as we take on more contracts, move to a managerial role, hire maintenance techs and deal with client interactions. Current staff made up of two generations, as the older generation phases out, younger generation has room to fill their shoes, is that going to be you? 40-50+ hours/week with hourly bonuses. Wage will be dependent on your past experience and how well you integrate in to our 30 year old, multi-generational company. The growth available with this job opportunity is never ending, which means your wage can increase with the growth of our maintenance department if you are capable of managing the growth. Must have experience with Pentair recirculation equipment including IntelliChem and IntelliTouch/IntelliCenter. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: 50% Medical Insurance Matching. 3% 401K Matching. Helpful Skills (Not required) Proven working experience in swimming pool maintenance. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Knowledge of pH, alkalinity, etc.. Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. Integrity. Wage: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour. Schedule: Day shift. Monday to Friday. Overtime. Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred). Swimming Pool Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred, not required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
