Description

Responsibilities: A construction administrative assistant provides administrative duties to companies in the construction industry They work with the office manager to complete clerical, administrative, and general office tasks that support the entire construction management team They act as a point of contact and solicit quotes from vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams, and prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts accordingly The construction administrative assistant also performs general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects Provide administrative support to the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and other construction management staff Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional way Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams and solicit quotes from them for new jobs Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make travel arrangements for the project management team Requirements • In lieu of degree at minimum 2 years of experience • Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems We offer competitive pay, health insurance, & PTO Please send resumes to [email protected]
