Removing wood studs and drywall that need to be carefully taken out in the middle of a warehouse that's full of cars. (smaller framed in room is non-load bearing in respect to the larger warehouse structure) Must be able to lift ~20 lbs. Requires bending, twisting, and some lifting. Electrical to the structure is off. Anticipated hours on site are 10am-5pm Please send a picture of yourself and a couple lines about your qualifications. No tools are allowed to be left on site over night.
