PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD before responding-Nanny or sitter Needed for 3 children ages 6, 4 and 18 months old. If ad is up position is open. If you don't have a vehicle that is fine, my wife and I will pick you up and provide transportation as needed. This position is best suited for someone who needs a room-mate and clean comfortable place to live for FREE, with the privacy of your own room that locks and doesn't party or go out often. The room we have has two mattress on the floor and a dresser for you to use. We have sheets and pillows. As well as a TV. Compensation: Is largely living with us Bill and rent free. Free food. For you to be able to appreciate this position you have to really need a place to live and food. Financial compensations is $75-$120 Cash every Friday. PLEASE UNDERSTAND You will have No bills or food responsibilities to worry about. You will be very welcome to eat anything anything in our home whenever you feel like it so food wont be an issue, we will gladly provide that. We dook cook every day but you can eat what you like and we will make sure we get things you like. We have cable, a computer and WiFi internet. You will share a bathroom with the children as my wife and I have our own bathroom. My wife and I prefer a mature woman. We want someone who is open minded, past the partying and hanging out stage and enjoys being at home watching TV and eating good food. Someone who eventually we can consider family and trust. We do drink occasionally. We do not smoke or use drugs. We have a 4 Bedroom home, and if you accept the position you would have 1 of the bedrooms for yourself. The weekly pay varies because it is dependent on our hours worked which may vary or change with short notice.There may be days or hours we both need to go to work on short notice and can pay you an extra $20 cash for that shift on that Friday of that week. So instead of 75 minimun for watching them only Saturday and Sunday, wed give you 95 if you also watch them Monday 8 hours, if we worked 16 hours on Monday that would be an extra 40 so 115 and so on.. The expectations we have for our Nanny/Roomate are as follows: - Caring for our children while we are at work. Our work hours are going to be double shift weekends every weekend from 6am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday. So all day Saturday and all day Sunday.. And we do intend to pick up extra shifts when possible on Monday and Tuesday. Days you will be off are the same days we will be off which are Wednesday Thursday and Friday.*OUR HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE on short notice so we need someone is okay with that. -.Light cleaning up around the house. We also will be cleaning up. there will be 3 of us adults there so we can all clean a little it should always be clean. Areas you can help us keep an eye on (living room, kids room,laundry room, the kitchen, and the 2nd bathroom you will be using.) If or when we cook a large meal we usually wash dishes as we go however if we're working a double shift and are unable to get to it, we'd ask you be understanding and tidy the kitchen up so food isn't left out or sitting. In the event you decide to do the cooking we will be sure to clean up after for you. -Being trustworthy, responsible and available are the most important requirements for this position. If we need to pickup hours at work or make a run to the store, or go out to eat we need to know we have you there to rely on. As previously stated this position is most suited for someone who is mature, fun, open minded and flexible with our schedules. NO DRUGS ALLOWED. NO ANIMALS.
