I am looking for a few people to split a rehearsal space room that I recently rented out in East Williamsburg. The space is located on Maujer Street between Morgan and Waterbury. The space will be shared by a few musicians (drummers, guitarists, etc). It’s 15’x8’ with high ceilings and a loft, and it is ideal for musicians looking to practice solo, or small bands. We use a Google calendar to schedule time in the room. We don’t have set time slots. You can schedule anything that’s available within two weeks, within reason. Rent is $100 per month, per set of keys. One month security deposit is due before starting. This security deposit will serve as your last month's rent. Since we will be sharing a space, if you end up requesting to rent please send me a link to your social media, just so I can verify that you are a real person! The room comes with a PA and drum set. We are all respectful of each other’s equipment. Drummers, please bring your own snare and cymbals. Guitarists, we only have room for a small combo amp. The photos shown are the room as it is upon me just moving in. I’m planning some improvements, and will get some more equipment in there.
