The CU Boulder Homecoming 2022 Concert with Evan Giia will take place in the Glenn Miller Ballroom inside the University Memorial Center on the University of Colorado Boulder campus Wednesday, October 26th, 2022. Doors will open at 6:30 pm, and the show will start at 7:00 pm. Tickets will be priced at $11.00 for CU Boulder students and $22.00 for the general public. Brooklyn based artist, EVAN GIIA has established herself as one of the Ones to Watch, entering into music as a Berklee College of Music Alumna. As a classically trained opera singer her voice adds a unique touch to her alt-pop sound. Amassing millions of streams and BBC Radio 1 single of the week with her first release, "heat of the Moment" followed by "Westworld" which reached #1 on HypeMachine. Evan released 3 songs with ODESZA's Foreign Family Collective before signing with Astralwerks in late 2019. EVAN GIIA spent much of 2019 touring with the likes of ODESZA, Big Wild, Jai Wolf and Louis the Child. Chet Porter is a prominent musician in the electronic music world, known for his indie-inspired electronic sound, his videos, and his art. Following his breakout single 'Stay' ft. Chelsea Cutler, and subsequent tour supporting Odesza in 2017, he took a hiatus from music production until his triumphant return in 2019 with 'Longest Day Ever,' boasting a new sound and style. To date, the Canadian-born, LA-based artist has amassed over 50 million streams thanks to his DIY, wavy sound and honest lyrics. He's been on tour with the likes of ODESZA, Alison Wonderland, Jai Wolf, Louis the Child, San Holo, Whethan and more. In May of 2021, he dropped his first music of 2021, featuring on Dutch producer San Holo's 'you've changed, i've changed.' With a host of different live instrument backed melodies and acoustic drums, the record represented a further sonic shift for both producers, and has already been streamed over 2 million times to date across DSPs. With his debut album in the works and the amount of success he's had with what little work he's released so far, Chet Porter is one you'll want to wait for.
