Tootie needs a home

Hello, I need to rehome our male parakeet. His name is Tootie. Unfortunately, he has lost his brother over a year ago, and recently his sister got out of our apartment and hasn't come back. my boyfriend and I have decided it would be better for Tootie to find a new home where he can be interacted with more than what we can offer now. He is three years old and a yellow and blue/green in color. his wings are not clipped. he loves to sing and he is very cute and loves to eat millet. He is NOT hand trained. we have a big cage and also a travel cage as well. we also have food and lots of toys and perches and a bird bath which he loves. *Rehoming fee applies but is negatable* if you would like some more pictures of him and the cages just let me know.
