Join Eaton and Simone Mayers for an insightful and inspired Moon Circle this fall. Activate your heart and mind in a sacred setting, to be able to connect deeper to and elevate your higher self. Learn how your birth chart gives insight into your inner universe, how ebbing and flowing with the moon's cycles is a portal of transcendental transformation, and much more than can’t be put into words. Feel confident that Simone will hold a safe and warm space for you to express yourself freely. Each moon we will get intentional by joining forces and supporting each other under the divine guidance and protection of our ancestors. Please arrive between 3:50-3:55pm. We will begin promptly at 4pm. Plan accordingly as evening parking in this area can be difficult. What to expect: September 11: Full Moon Circle Pisces {Dreamweaving: Cultivating your soul tapestry} We’ll start this event with a Full Moon Circle discussion; identify your top 3 astrological signs & how this particular moon affects you personally. Followed by a Dreamweaving Workshop. We will close our moon circle with some breathwork and a delicious, grounding yoga flow. All participants have the option to receive Reiki energy from Simone, our energy healer during Savasana.September 25: New Moon Circle Libra {Transcending chaos into creation} We’ll start this event with a Breathwork Workshop. Followed by a New Moon Circle discussion; identify your top 3 astrological signs & how this particular moon affects you personally. We will then create space for some individual reflective journaling. The group will end with a short yoga flow with (optional) aromatherapy.October 9: Full Moon in Aries {illuminated passion through intuitive direction} We’ll start this event with a Tea Ceremony. Followed by a short discussion exploring Aries energy; identify your top 3 astrological signs & how this particular moon affects you personally. We will then create space for some group reflective journaling and community shares. This event will end with a Candlelit yoga flow with (optional) aromatherapy.October 23: New Moon in Scorpio (eclipse) {Underground journeying//digging into our intuitive spirit} We’ll start this event with a Ritual Creation Workshop with a special emphasis on building Ancestral altar spaces. Followed by a New Moon Circle discussion; identify your top 3 astrological signs & how this particular moon affects you personally. We will then create space for some individual reflective journaling. The group will end with a yin yoga flow with (optional) Reiki from Simone.What to bring: Comfy clothesOpen mind that is willing to expand and an open heart that is willing to connectJournal & penOPTIONAL: crystals, cards, etc. (whatever tools that help you connect and make you feel your best)About Simone A Vinyasa yoga & meditation teacher of seven years, and a Reiki practitioner for five, Simone Mayers offers a holistic approach to her energetic and healing services. She serves as a divine portal through which Ancestors communicate and collaborate through. This ancestral work is an effort to be a bridge for others looking to explore their roots as a means of healing and transformation. Simone holds safe and sacred spaces for BIPOC communities and is passionate about utilizing spiritual practices, meditation, Reiki, movement medicine, herbs, and food to serve her communities. By holding space for deep-rooted, love-centered work, she directly supports her community through 1:1 Reiki sessions, Moon Circles, yoga classes, Reiki healing sessions and hosting courses/workshops. Simone is currently continuing her reconnection with her ancestral roots, studying plant medicine, and taking a trauma-informed facilitator certification. Simone’s mission is to teach and hold space for the apprehension of ancestrally guided, spiritual tools to balance out the social gaps caused by historically oppressive systems by way of access and assisted integration. Using movement medicine, body wisdom, breathwork, meditation, and Ancestral communications Simone has a niche for developing a custom formula for spiritual, mental, and emotional wellness.
