Tortoiseshell Cat Needs Rehoming

We need to rehome our cat, Boba, due to territorial marking. After taking her to the vet to confirm it isn't a medical issue, we were told that it is definitely behavioral. We have tried pheromone diffusers, calming collars, changing litterbox arrangements, etc. for months because we didn't want to have to give her up, but we have come to the conclusion that she needs a new home where there are less stressors, preferably where she is an only cat. She is very sweet and likes to cuddle and get pets, and doesn't behave badly aside from the marking. Our other 3 cats get along well, and while Boba doesn't outright fight with them, she clearly is stressed out with them around and would be better off and probably happier with no other cats, or at least in a household that can provide better accommodation / training than we can. She is spayed but is due for her vaccines. We would be willing to pay for her vaccine renewal if necessary, we just need to find a better home for her.
