Friday and Saturday available all day or hourly in a beautiful, professional, and cozy piano lesson room. $200 each day per month, or $15/hour. Approximately 12x16', includes PGE and internet. Room is in a lesson studio that has multiple other teachers and rooms, though is often quiet enough for recording as well. The room is used for piano and voice lessons, and is great for any individual lesson but is also big enough to have a couple of students at a time. If you are interested in renting just for your own practice, writing, etc it is also very comfortable and a great vibe. Easy parking, furnished and comfortable, waiting room, restroom. Close to freeway and stores, in a great neighborhood.
