The SIU Alumni Association will host pre-game gatherings and receptions from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday, November 21, and Wednesday, November 23, at StillWater Spirits and Sounds, located at 24701 Del Prado Ave. in Dana Point, California. The events are free and open to any southern California alumni or traveling alumni following the team. Appetizers will be provided and a cash bar will be available. RSVP for these events here. Please note registering for these events does not include game tickets. Both events are taking place before Saluki men's basketball team appearances in the second annual SoCal Challenge in San Juan Capistrano, California. The Salukis play two games in the "Surf Division" of the tournament, facing off with UNLV on Nov. 21 at 10 p.m. PT. They'll then play either Minnesota or Cal Baptist on November 23.
