Rehoming Maltese cross-male

Luca is a 4 year old male Maltese x shih tzu. We have had Luca for about 6 month and have made the hard decision to rehome him. He’s a super cuddler with super soft curles. He knows come, sit, stay, and down. He does better with adults and will tolerate my teenage children, but can get nippy if he doesnt want to do what the command or if he’s scared. Never acts out against me (the mom). Luca is not neutered and when we got him, he and our other neutered male dog started marking. We now only have Luca and a female dog and he only marks outside, mainly my plants. He really needs to be neutered to curb this activity. I’m asking a rehoming fee of $100.
