Arrive at 10 am, our 45 minute flow will begin at 10:15 and end with a 15 minute intention setting and meditation. Bring your own mat, but if you don't have one, we got you! All ticket sales will be donated to Refugee Women Rising, an incredible organization here in Omaha who collaborate with refugee women to further themselves personally and professionally. RWR focuses on outreach to & education of women is paramount to supporting refugee families. With the extreme diversity of language & culture, RWR strives to find creative & culturally appropriate ways to serve. Let’s flow!
