I am a Barton Tutor working towards certification under a certified mentor tutor in Barton Reading and Spelling, an Orton-Gillingham Multisensory program. I have completed graduate coursework in Psychology and Education at the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology at Central Michigan University. Previously, I worked as a research supervisor at the Center for Applied Research and Rural Studies. I have worked with children at all levels of education, from kindergarten to college. I have been teaching and tutoring since 2015. My goal as a tutor is to make reading and writing fun and help your child to reach their full potential. My rate is $65/50minute zoom lesson.
