Church House Sessions in search of alternate venue

To whom it may concern I represent a co op of artists known as church house. (We have no religious affiliation) We have recently been displaced due to the landlord deciding they wanted to move in to the church house and make it their primary residence. As such, we are in search of an alternate venue where we can continue to host art nights, recording sessions, and the occasional concert. Our activities will bring no liability to the property owners because we have our own event insurance. Last year we wrote a business plan, and we were making progress towards becoming a non profit, but dealing with displacement has superseded our higher ambitions. Our goal is to create, maintain and promote an inclusive space for artists and musicians to collaborate, develop, and present their projects to the public.
